Aquis Exchange comprises of pan-European cash equities trading venues with a unique subscription-based pricing model. Institutional traders are able to trade the top 2000+ stocks from 16 European countries via Aquis Exchange’s fully-lit order books on our multilateral trading facilities in London and Paris. In addition, Aquis Exchange operates the end of day order type MaC and the dark order book, Aquis Matching Pool (AMP). Founded in 2012, Aquis Exchange’s approach to pricing is simple, fair and transparent. Similar to the telecoms industry, Members are charged according to the message traffic they generate, rather than a percentage of the value of each stock that they trade. Aquis Exchange uses its own high capacity end-to-end trading software, comprising matching engine, market surveillance system and markets operations services. Aquis Exchange is a division of Aquis Exchange PLC and is authorised and regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and France’s Autorité des Marchés Financiers to operate Multilateral Trading Facility businesses in the UK and in EU27 respectively.
