fscom Strengthens Compliance Offering with the Integration of ComplianceGuard
fscom (www.fscom.co), the governance, risk and compliance consultancy serving financial services firms across the UK and Europe, has welcomed ComplianceGuard into the fscom Group, strengthening its ability to support regulated firms with flexible, high quality compliance resource and reunites the firm with one of its own, ComplianceGuard founder, Jason McKinney.
ComplianceGuard provides experienced compliance professionals to financial services firms, supporting day-to-day compliance operations, regulatory change and periods of growth or remediation. The business will continue to operate under its own brand, ensuring continuity for existing clients while opening access to fscom’s wider advisory, assurance and regulatory expertise.
The integration comes as regulated firms face increasing regulatory complexity, intensifying supervisory scrutiny and growing demand for experienced compliance professionals. Together, fscom and ComplianceGuard offer clients support at every stage of compliance maturity, combining deep regulatory expertise with practical, embedded delivery.

Jason McKinney, began his compliance career at fscom before moving client-side, holding senior financial crime and compliance roles including Head of Financial Crime and Interim MLRO at Orbital, UK MLRO at Airwallex, and Executive Director of AML and Compliance at My EU Pay. That in-house experience, holding accountability for compliance at fast-growing regulated businesses shaped how he built ComplianceGuard.
