INVESTBANK has selected Fintech Galaxy, a regional leader in Open Banking and financial innovation, to achieve full Open Banking and Open Finance compliance in Jordan using FINX Comply. This collaboration aligns with INVESTBANK’s strategic goal of elevating the digital customer experience, enhancing simplicity, speed, and accessibility in financial services.

Fintech Galaxy is the first Open Banking provider in Jordan to receive Central Bank approval to test Open Banking APIs in the regulatory sandbox, allowing INVESTBANK to meet compliance requirements while seamlessly integrating into Jordan’s Open Finance ecosystem. This milestone highlights Fintech Galaxy’s credibility and expertise in accelerating Open Banking adoption across the region.

As part of this partnership, INVESTBANK will implement FINX Comply, a cloud-based, pre-configured compliance solution that streamlines Open Banking and Open Finance readiness. The platform ensures full regulatory adherence while enabling secure data sharing, seamless fintech integrations, and enhanced financial transparency. Key capabilities include:

– Account Information Services (AIS) & Payment Initiation Service (PIS) APIs – Secure sharing of customer financial data with authorized third parties and direct bank payments through regulated fintechs.

– Consent Management – Enabling customers to control and manage data-sharing permissions.

– Third-Party Provider (TPP) Management – Facilitating seamless integration with regulated fintechs.

By adopting FINX Comply, INVESTBANK can reduce compliance costs, streamline operations, and unlock new revenue opportunities while offering faster, more secure digital transactions. The bank will also enhance its Prime BankingWealth Management, and Payments offerings, strengthening its leadership in Jordan’s digital banking sector.

“With Open Banking and Open Finance regulations evolving, compliance is no longer optional – it is a strategic necessity. Partnering with Fintech Galaxy will ensure INVESTBANK achieves full compliance while unlocking new opportunities for digital financial services,” said Muntaser Dawwas, CEO of INVESTBANK Jordan.

“INVESTBANK is taking a proactive step toward regulatory compliance and digital transformation,” said Mirna Sleiman, Founder & CEO of Fintech Galaxy. “By leveraging FINX Comply, the bank will gain a fast, efficient, and fully compliant framework to operate in the Open Banking era.”

Fintech Galaxy is a trusted Open Banking partner in MENA, securing regulatory approvals in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Jordan, and Bahrain while integrating with 15+ banks across the GCC. Beyond compliance, the company helps banks unlock value from Open Banking, enhancing financial services and customer experiences. With ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type 2 certifications, Fintech Galaxy ensures top-tier security and regulatory adherence. Backed by $9 million in funding, it continues to drive Open Finance expansion, fostering a more connected and inclusive financial ecosystem.
