ZEDRA Makes Strategic Investment in Dutch Corporate Service Provider, Alan & Luca

ZEDRA announces it has made a strategic investment in the Netherlands based corporate service provider Alan & Luca.

Alan & Luca’s service offering includes financial, tax, HR and legal consultancy services to a wide range of companies with Dutch and international operations.

This latest collaboration enhances ZEDRA’s position as a leading Corporate & Global Expansion service provider, supporting companies with cross-border operations.

As a result of this partnership, ZEDRA welcomes Alan & Luca’s team of around 40 employees including a leadership team of five experienced professionals, increasing the group’s headcount of industry experts across 17 jurisdictions throughout Asia, the Americas and Europe.

Together, their combined capabilities provide clients with access to a more diverse service offering, adding value and deepening client relationships.
