WPS Advisory Enhances Financial Advice Journey with Moneyhub Platform Upgrade
Moneyhub, a financial data, categorisation and personalisation platform, and WPS Advisory (WPS), a leading independent financial advice firm, have further collaborated to enhance its LifeStage Money app. Powered by Moneyhub’s data and insights platform, the app empowers WPS’s customers to make informed financial decisions with personalised insights and tools.
Building on the successful launch of the LifeStage Money app, WPS wanted to further automate processes, to improve user convenience & interaction and embed its existing processes into the app experience to deliver enriched experience and outcomes directly to clients.
Key enhancements include:
- Integration of ‘Smart Fact Find’ functionality to streamline the financial fact-finding process for advisers, including auto-population of enriched financial information available from data connections including Open Banking.
- Addition of calendar booking facilities and an optimised online advice registration process.
- Capability for Letters of Authority to be shared with pension scheme administrators, allowing users to consent to sharing their pension data with WPS, all within the same platform.
- Tailored Content Hub to dynamically cater to different user groups.
- A full rebrand to serve all brands within WPS Advisory.
These new capabilities build on the holistic data services in the LifeStage Money app, ensuring users maintain a comprehensive always on view of their financial situation now and into the future. Seamless integration with partners like Guiide, Legado, and SmartSearch via the Moneyhub platform continues to provide a full suite of financial tools, including pension modelling, document upload functionality, and anti-money-laundering software.
These enhancements are expected to deliver substantial benefits, including cost savings from reduced manual processes, time savings from streamlined operations, and an enriched service offering for clients and consumers, creating informed choices at every life stage. This is part of WPS’s continual evolution of financial advice with further enhancements and integrations to follow.
