PAYA Group Launches New Charity Brand: Toucan Giving
Leading card acceptance provider for charities, PAYA Group, has announced a major rebrand, with all products and services now unified under the new brand: Toucan Giving.
Renowned as the go-to provider of fully compliant contactless donation solutions for third-sector organisations, PAYA Group has helped raise over £100 million through its innovative technologies. Following its acquisition of ToucanApp (now Toucan Donate) in 2022—featured on Dragons’ Den as a mobile app enabling users to set up regular donations—PAYA Group has continued to expand its impact using the Toucan brand.
In late 2024, the company launched Toucan Collect, a contactless fundraising tool that empowers individuals to collect donations from friends, supporters, and the public—either on behalf of a registered charity or for their own fundraising events. The rebrand also follows the launch of Toucan Cash, a new cash deposit service that enables charities to bank donations at over 60,000 UK locations.
As part of the transition, the PayaCharity and LibertyPay brands will be phased out across all marketing materials and replaced with a refreshed Toucan Giving identity, including a brand-new website. Existing Android terminal solutions will be renamed Toucan Tap, completing the suite of Toucan-branded products. The launch of Paya Group Toucan Giving underscores the company’s efforts to support modern charitable giving through brand-led innovation.
