At the core of the update is walletless delivery, allowing customers to receive and redeem rewards via email, phone number, or X handle, without needing to set up a wallet or understand NFTs at all. By removing the largest adoption barrier for both businesses and consumers, Mintology enables loyalty campaigns to reach mainstream audiences in a way few, if any, platforms currently support.
