Lenvi Welcomes Trish Norman as Coo, as Andrea Tanner Becomes CRO

As 2025 kicks off, we’re delighted to announce two new appointments within the senior leadership team at Lenvi. Trish Norman joins Lenvi as COO,  while formed Head of Customer Success, Andrea takes on a new role as Lenvi CRO.

With the new appointment of both Trish and Andrea, our senior leadership team proudly achieves a 50:50 gender balance, reflecting our commitment to diversity and inclusion at the highest level of the organisation. 

Trish Norman, an experienced leader in the financial services space, joined Lenvi in November 2024 as Chief Operating Officer, after working at motive driven start up bank Avon Mutual. Based from our new Cardiff office, Trish brings a wealth of experience in operations management and transformational change within regulated environments. She joins Lenvi to drive and uphold operational excellence, business transformation and team performance across both our contact centre and Lenvi as a whole.

Andrea Tanner, our former Head of Client Success, has now been appointed as Chief Revenue Officer for Lenvi. Boasting over 21 years in the banking industry, Andrea is an expert in shaping and driving sustainable growth through our customer relationships. After an impressive tenure leading our client success teams, Andrea will now oversee both new business and ongoing client relationship functions for Lenvi.
