Jack Henry Named to TIME’s List of America’s Best Mid-Size Companies 2025

TIME’s Jack Henry Best Mid-Size Companies 2025 award shows that the fintech company is still doing a great job with its culture and innovation at work. Jack Henry is one of the best mid-sized companies in the U.S. because it puts employees first, has a long-term impact, and is a leader in the financial technology space.

“We’re grateful that TIME has included us as one of America’s best mid-size companies,” said Jack Henry President and CEO Greg Adelson. “It’s an honor and privilege to receive this recognition two years in a row, and our inclusion on this list demonstrates our commitment to doing what’s right for our associates, clients, communities, and shareholders every step of the way.”

Being on TIME’s list of the best companies shows that Jack Henry is a purpose-driven employer that cares about its employees and leads with integrity.

To identify the recognized companies, TIME and Statista evaluated more than 15 criteria across three different segments:

  • Employee satisfaction: Data of standardized work-related key performance indicators (KPIs) based on survey data from a large sample of employees from U.S. companies
  • Revenue growth: Revenue growth data of all relevant companies
  • Sustainability transparency: Data among standardized KPIs relevant to environment, social, and corporate governance

Being on the Jack Henry Best Mid-Size Companies 2025 list shows that it is still a trusted fintech leader that cares about culture, stability, and long-term value.
