Cleversoft Group and Fineksus Present Their Joint AI-based Solution Against Financial Crime
cleversoft, a leading provider of cloud-based RegTech services, and Fineksus, an expert in financial messaging and anti-money laundering (AML) solutions, will be making their first joint appearance at Sibos 2025 in Frankfurt / Main (September 29 – October 2 2025). Following the acquisition of Fineksus by cleversoft group at the beginning of this year, the two companies are now combining their expertise into a powerful financial messaging suite with integrated AI – for more effective fraud prevention and compliance in real time.
Working together against financial crime
The cleversoft group solution combines cleversoft’s AI-powered AML and financial crime prevention platform with Fineksus’ scalable financial messaging solutions. The result is a comprehensive suite for customer onboarding, sanctions list screening, real-time transaction monitoring, fraud detection, case management and automated reporting to the relevant Financial Intelligence Units (FIUs). For financial institutions, this means faster identification of suspicious activities, fewer false alarms and full compliance with high cost-benefit efficiency.
“Fineksus is a long-standing Swift partner with a strong track record and best-in class solutions. We are now bringing Fineksus’ proven financial messaging services to the European market with our own European headquarters. For our customers, this means optimised, compliant, and scalable cross-border payments and financial communications. As a result, we offer a future-oriented solution for financial institutions that want to balance efficiency and compliance in a targeted manner,” says Florian Clever, founder and CEO of cleversoft group.

Invitation for a chat with CEO Florian Clever and Ahmet Vefik Dinçer (Fineksus CEO & Partner) at Sibos
We would be happy to set up an interview with Florian Clever, founder and CEO of the cleversoft group, and Ahmet Vefik Dinçer (Fineksus CEO & Partner). Since its foundation in 2004, Florian has developed cleversoft into one of Europe’s leading RegTech providers with over 320 employees and more than 1,000 customers worldwide. In addition to Fineksus, the acquisition of tetralog systems AG was a strategic milestone in expanding the portfolio in the Digital Advisory segment. Florian brings the global RegTech strategy lens, while Ahmet adds the experience of two decades working directly with banks and other financial institutions across EMEA, turning compliance and payments challenges into practical, real-time solutions. Together, their perspectives show how cleversoft group is setting a new standard for compliance technology at scale.
