Finery Markets, Sage Capital Management and Gold-i forge Institutional Crypto OTC Liquidity Highway
Finery Markets, a leading provider of non-custodial ECN and SaaS trading solutions, has expanded its liquidity partnership with Sage Capital Management to provide institutional clients with enhanced access to deep liquidity and competitive spreads across 200+ assets, significantly improving capital efficiency in the fragmented crypto market.
This latest development is a result of a multilateral partnership between Finery Markets, Sage Capital Management and Gold-i, providing an end-to-end network for institutional access to crypto liquidity and prime broker services. The partnership consolidates fragmented crypto markets to serve the specialized liquidity needs of OTC desks, brokers, hedge funds, prop traders, and other financial institutions.
By leveraging the integrated functionality of three specialized layers, Finery Markets, Sage Capital Management and Gold-i have created a cohesive institutional “liquidity highway”, eliminating the infrastructure complexity that currently impedes swift institutional connectivity to fragmented crypto markets:
Partner | Specialized Role | Core Contribution |
Sage Capital Management | Next Gen Digital Prime Broker & Liquidity Provider | Through a single API, Finery clients have access to full prime brokerage services including lending up to 10x leverage with cross-venue margining, and highly competitive real-time pricing and deep liquidity (200+ assets) via Quote Streams. |
Gold-i | Connectivity provider | Provides flexible seamless connectivity to integrate with the Finery Markets ECN. |
Finery Markets | ECN & Trading Infrastructure | Hosts the non-custodial trading infrastructure, merging all elements into a unified, operationally light orchestration trading layer featuring Quote Streams, RFQ, and Order Book execution. |
By working together, the three firms eliminate the need for institutions to manage multiple vendor relationships and costly point-to-point integrations. Clients benefit from a quote-stream execution environment with 24/7 uptime, fully compliant counterparties, and millisecond-level precision.
Konstantin Shulga, CEO of Finery Markets, said: “Through this collaborative effort, we achieve three major goals: improving liquidity access, reducing operational complexity, and adhering to regulatory compliance. Our unified, always-on institutional infrastructure removes the engineering burden from institutions, allowing them to focus entirely on trading strategy and capital efficiency.”
Nathan Sage, CEO and Founder of Sage Capital Management, commented: “Institutions need more than access; they need depth, reliability, and safeguards. Through this partnership, we’re providing Finery Markets clients deep liquidity and competitive spreads across major digital assets plus unique prime broker services, delivered through a regulated gateway with insured custody and balance sheet strength. This ensures consistent execution alongside the lending and banking services institutions expect.”
Tom Higgins, Founder and CEO of Gold-i, added: “This partnership strengthens Gold-i’s position as a leading provider in the digital asset infrastructure space. We are delighted to have played a key role in connecting two major players, Finery Markets and Sage Capital Management, to enhance institutional access to cryptos.”
