In our latest quickfire question video from Insurtech Insights 2025 in London, we asked the attendees a question we’ve been asking many people over the last year. ‘What is the biggest buzzword in the insurance industry right now?’ We got a lot of varied and interesting answers this time around but there was still a clear answer on everyone’s minds. Points raised included the overuse of terms like “security, ” and  “process automation" and there’s also many more you can probably imagine, with some interesting thoughts on their true impact.
