I think we have to be able to manufacture products and deliver those products that create great outcomes for customers.” “I think there are two parts [for the role of technology]. There’s the infrastructure platform part where we have to make ourselves easier to communicate with, easier to do business with, more customer friendly and technology can enable that … The second part is about data and we live in a regulated world and in many of the jurisdictions around the world, governments provide frameworks in which insurance companies have to operate.”
