Fernando is leading the charge for Globant's AI strategy and AI teams, helping to change the software development paradigm with their AI-per-programming, using large language models (LLMs), and making use of autonomous agents to accelerate the modernization of legacy, improve workflows, and enhance cyber security, quality assurance, and product life cycles. Globant has made agentic AI a central theme of their work and integrated advanced platforms powered by AI to build scalable, consistent and future-proof enterprise solutions.
