At Insurtech Insights Europe, we were joined in the JobsOhio lounge by Dr Avi Baruch, Chief Operating Officer of Previsico. Previsico is a company that focuses on flood forecasting and warnings for areas that may not traditionally receive a flood warning, but are also at high risk.
“Our mission is to minimize impactful flooding globally by providing early warning to enable people to be more proactive, and we really strongly believe that over 50% of all losses can be mitigated through proactive action. This has been widely proven over time, so what we do is provide early warning to end customers to ensure corporates and work with insurers to support their customers.”
