About Ziad El Baba

Ziad El Baba currently serves as Chief Product Officer at Ramp, having joined in April 2024. Prior to this role, Ziad  held various senior leadership positions at Credit Karma from June 2015 to April 2024, including Vice President of Product Management and General Manager for International markets. Ziad  successfully expanded Credit Karma's user base and revenue while leading the UK and Canadian teams across all functions. Earlier career experience includes roles at Kiwi, Inc. as Director of Business Operations and Development, and at PayPal as an MBA intern in Mobile Strategy & Analytics. Ziad's foundational experience began at The Boston Consulting Group, focusing on strategic initiatives for various financial institutions and governmental reforms. Ziad  holds an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the American University of Beirut. Ziad El Baba oversees the company’s member communications and an engagement team that utilizes analytics to help more than 60 million members in the U.S. and Canada make financial progress.
