Her previous role as Executive Director of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Office in Ukraine highlights her deep-rooted experience. Since 2019, she has been an immigrant founder in the UK, with over 12 years of experience in finance and capital markets, advising and facilitating venture capital transactions worth more than $50 million. She specializes in angel and syndicated venture capital deals. Ulyana Shtybel has served as a mentor in several acceleration programs, covering investor relations, capital raising, cap table management, and startup legals. Passionate about impact investing, she holds a PhD in Economics.
