From obtaining my PhD in experimental particle physics to leading teams of data scientists, I’ve always been curious about how we can use cutting-edge scientific methods to drive meaningful results. In recent years, I’ve seen the remarkable impact of analytics and AI on the retail space. However, I believe that we now need to democratise this transformative capability. That’s why I founded Ocula Technologies with my co-Founder Thomas McKenna, and we’re on a mission to level the playing field of retail analytics. We’re revolutionising our clients’ e-commerce experiences in areas like pricing and funnel conversion through our Drive platform, without the need for an army of in-house data scientists and engineers. In just a year we’ve grown our team to ~20 exceptional technical and industry experts and have the privilege to work with 7 forward-thinking, leading brands in the UK and US. It’s amazing to see the trajectory we’re on. Above all else, we created Ocula Technologies to enable the best people to thrive in the transparent, fair, driven culture that we had been searching for.
