Throughout my career I have filled positions with autonomy to drive change and achieve results. This has taught me to nurture close relationships across a variety of stakeholders, to build the vision and courage to alter strategy as well as to maintain focus when executing major transformation.
I am known to be an inspiring and demanding, authentic leader. I possess a fierce determination to achieve agreed targets. Curiosity leads me to search for innovative ways of achieving more, supported by an innate ability to acquire new insights quickly.
I have gained my experience as an international executive in High Tech-driven companies across the globe, moving from a technical starting point into commercial management and executive roles in large, international organizations.
This international career serves me well in the role of CEO of one of Europe’s fastest growing companies, Inpay and its sister company, Eurogiro. It has sparked in me a genuine passion to improve financial inclusion for people, companies and organizations around the world who are in less fortunate positions or lack easy access to a vital part of the global economy.
