About Thomas Chaplin

Hi there, I’m Tom and I currently have the privilege of working for nCino where we’re using our cloud-native SaaS solution to transform the Financial Services industry, helping our clients achieve their strategic objectives by solving key business challenges and enhancing the customer, colleague and broker experience across Retail and Commercial Banking.

My role is to lead the navigation of our Mortgage origination solution through the life cycle of the product across EMEA, setting the vision, strategic direction and roadmap for our product and then overseeing the delivery and execution of the plan.

I’ve got a background in leading cross-functional teams in the design and delivery of new products, as well as consulting on the integration of technology to drive cost-cutting, automation and transformation agendas across Financial Services (Mortgages, Insurance, Capital Markets) and Government.
