Tasha Chouhan is passionate about all things open banking, embedded finance and payments, and strive to help banks and businesses build the new world of finance through innovation. Currently she runs strategic accounts across UK, DACH and Southern Europe and have previously lead the Banking and Lending business for Tink across the UK and Ireland. Tasha is  focussed on empowering our commercial team to establish market-leading strategic relationships that deliver growth for the company. Her role is pivotal in closing the gaps between the different players in the financial services ecosystem through aligning with the CMA9, regulators and technology players on market developments like Open Finance and VRP. As a spokesperson for the business, I also represent Tink at leading industry conferences including Money 20/20, Sibos and MoneyLIVE. It's been brilliant to help grow Tink’s UK office more than fivefold in the last 12 months, hiring roles from solution architects to sales managers while building a diverse and inclusionary team. Tasha Chouhan is proud to be at the forefront of Tink’s D&I programme across Europe, including the formation of Tink’s first women’s inclusion group, cultivating a supportive environment for women in fintech. They are also empowering diversity across the UK fintech industry not only through internal Tink initiatives, but also by becoming part of the Visa Women in Business committee to help steer equality and allyship. Outside of the office, I also mentor at the Girls’ Network, inspiring girls from the least advantaged communities to enter the fintech industry. Prior to joining Tink, She led Business Development for Starling Bank’s BaaS offering, and also have a background in payments having driven commercial relationships across Fiserv for numerous years. She is excited to continue growing the open banking space as part of the Visa family, with ambitions to drive mass adoption of services globally. Tasha Chouhan has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Business from Sheffield Hallam University. Tasha also attended Sutton Coldfield Grammar School for Girls. In 2016, they obtained a certification as a Pareto Sales Graduate from Pareto Law.
