Tanja Haase has more than 15 years’ experience in the financial industry and is currently delivering product solutions that underpin Swift’s strategy. Tanja is an active DEI advocate: she is the co-founder of Swift’s employee network on Gender Equality, and passionate about creating a more gender-balanced work environment where everyone can thrive. Tanja Haase, based in Brussels, BE, is currently a Product Lead Payment Experience at Swift. Tanja brings experience from previous roles at SWIFT, WoMen in Finance Belgium and Euroclear. Tanja holds a 1998 - 2005 Magister in Anglistik, Hispanistik @ Universität des Saarlandes.
