Part of Pega's Financial Services team and the global industry market leader for Banking. An experienced leader of teams, managing operations and delivering complex business transformations from sales through to operations. My management responsibilities have covered strategy development, business startup, sales / business development, account management, technology and operational teams. I have worked in 10 different countries (US, UK, Germany, Netherlands, France, Spain, Ireland, Canada, Australia and India) and with a number of large US and European banks (JP Morgan, RBS, Deutsche Bank, Barclays Bank and Lloyds), and the Asia Pacific region (ANZ bank, Nab).
