Innately entrepreneurial, not only am I able to define the big picture, but also connect the dots between developing the strategy and working across multiple stakeholders to deliver on the strategy. I curate solutions by brainstorming with team members, deconstructing ideas and business plans and creatively finding solutions by leveraging analytics, customer insights and the expertise of people and teams.
Having led teams across Asia and Europe, I harness a keen sense of business agility, empathy and inclusiveness which I leverage to nurture cross-cultural teams and navigate across complex problems. As part of a rare breed of women who has navigated the journey towards C-level leadership in the financial services sector, I understand the unique challenges and this has led me to being an advocate for growing the talent base in Asia, in particular female talent.
