About Saverio Tridico

Saverio Tridico is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and legal affairs. Currently serving as a Board Member at Nexi Italy since May 2022 and as the Corporate External Affairs & ESG Director at Nexi Group since January 2017, Saverio Tridico manages legal, regulatory, institutional, and media relations in addition to environmental, social, and governance initiatives. Previous roles include serving on the Board of Directors for Cobra Automotive Technologies and Vodafone Italy, and holding the position of Public and Legal Affairs Director at Vodafone Italy. Additional leadership experience encompasses a tenure as Chairman at TeleTu, Head of Legal Affairs at Vodafone, and managerial roles in legal affairs at Autogrill and Saipem. Saverio Tridico holds a degree from Università degli Studi di Milano. He gained important experiences, also abroad, in Eni and Autogrill and worked as a lawyer in primary standing international legal offices.
