Some Background: Started my career in Banking, with in-depth exposure in both Front Office (Channel) and Back Office (Operations). Entered the world of Management Consulting which afforded me the opportunity to broaden my horizon in the Insurance, Logistics, Telecommunication, Health Care, and Government sectors. Also afforded me the opportunity to be part of several innovative start-ups with our software and IT start-up still offering innovative services to both the SA and Australian markets. Joined the short term insurance industry, where my main focus was cantered around driving organisational change and facilitating growth opportunities for the organisation.
