About Rosa Howard

After joining IT Lab in its infancy, Rosa Howard was instrumental in building the award-winning culture at IT Lab, part of the Big Ideas Group. Currently Rosa is a Senior Partner at Big Ideas Group looking after the talent and culture across the group. She now brings this experience to Napier in an advisory capacity. Rosa Howard attended The London School of Economics and Political Science from 1997 to 2000, and also studied at Hampstead School. With a robust skill set that includes IT Service Management, Cloud Computing, SaaS, Managed Services, Virtualization and more.
