I was most recently Managing Director of PAN Trustees Limited. Prior to that a Director of HSBC Actuaries and Consultants Limited from 1989 to 2009,a Director of JLT Benefit Solutions Limited to end May 2013 ,appointed a Director of PAN Trustees Limited from 1 July 2013 and Managing Director of PAN Trustees Limited in November 2014. I have been actively involved in the pensions industry being a Past President of the Society of Pension Professionals (the SPP) and having been on the Pension Regulator's Stakeholder Advisory Panel, a number of DWP Policy Engagement Groups, the Incentive Exercise Monitoring Board, Chair of the Incentive Exercises Industry Forum, on the City Uk's Pension Steering Group, and on the House of Commons Pensions Leadership Group .I have also been a member of the PLSA’s Multi-employer DC Committee and Chair of the PLSA’s Multi-employer DB Committee.I am a Fellow of the Institute of Directors (the IoD) and on the editorial panel of Pensions :An International Journal.
