About Roger Carson

Roger Carson co-founded Encompass Corporation with Wayne Johnson in late 2011. He has spent most of his career in the technology business. After completing his Bachelor of Business in Finance, Roger Carson gained extensive experience with various multi -national firms including Accenture, Unisys (South Africa and Australia) and BEA Systems. Since meeting Wayne Johnson in 1991, Roger has been involved in setting up successful businesses in partnership with Wayne as well as some of his own ventures, including 2M Services, a leading provider of corporate sales and support capability throughout Asia, for early stage US technology vendors. Roger Carson is main responsibility at Encompass is to shape and develop the global sales strategy and engage with channel partners to drive the geographical user base growth for Encompass Corporation. He leads and manages the company is experienced and ambitious sales team to help Encompass achieve its aggressive growth plans, ensuring that Encompass Corporation can quickly move past the Australian market and into the international arena. Roger provides ongoing inspiration to the team as they seek to make Encompass the leading platform for the review of commercial information in the world. When Roger Carson is not immersed in providing leadership and support to the global executive team, he enjoys golf, squash, swimming and travel. Roger Carson co-founded encompass and has brought the company’s vision to life, expanding its reach and impact from Australia to the United Kingdom. His global outlook is informed by a highly successful international sales career with Andersen Consulting and then Unisys in the USA, South Africa, and Australia, as well as leadership roles in Asia. Prior to encompass, Roger Carson founded Pacific Advantage Services, raised Capital from Europe for Asian distribution, and completed a trade sale to IM Invest. Roger Carson holds a 1989 - 1993 University of Ulster.
