Robert Swaak To Join Barclays UK Board As Non‑Executive Director

Barclays Bank UK PLC is today announcing the appointment of Robert Swaak as Non Executive Director to its Board. As part of Board succession planning, Mr Swaak will, subject to regulatory approval, assume the role of Barclays Bank UK PLC Board Audit Committee Chair from March 2026.
