Robert Pasco has a wealth of experience in the financial services industry. Robert began their career as an Investment Analyst at Renren Inc in 2011. In 2014, they moved to Capita Asset Services, where they worked as a Tax Assistant for Fund Solutions. In 2015, they joined Saffery Champness as a Tax Advisor for Private Wealth & Family Offices. In 2018, they transitioned to EY as a Senior Advisor for Private Equity & Credit Funds. In 2019, they joined Deloitte as a Manager for Private Equity & Credit Funds.  Robert Pasco completed a Bachelor of Business Studies in Economics & Politics from the University of Exeter in 2014, a Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Economics from Massey University in 2014, and a Diploma of Arts (DipArts) in Politics from Massey University in 2014. Robert also holds certifications from the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT) as a Chartered Tax Advisor (2019), The Association of Taxation Technicians as an ATT Qualification (2017), The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI) as an Investment Operations Certificate (2014), and Yachting New Zealand as a YNZ Sailing Instructor (2006). Robert Pasco is a Kiwi in London with a passion for financial inclusion in the personal lending space. He co-founded Plend in 2020 after an eight-year career in tax and accounting to build a better way to borrow, in which people are no longer held back by their (lack of) credit histories. He is grateful to be making this dream a reality by working with an amazing team and many community-minded partners. Outside of low-cost credit, he loves sailing, spending time with family, and supporting local microbreweries.
