With years of experience in credit risk and collections, He joined 4most in 2012 as a Risk Consultant and has since played a pivotal role in the rapid growth of the business. As CEO, He is responsible for growth strategy and execution, commercial relationships with clients and partners, and managing the sales, partner and consulting areas. Rob McDowell is a hands-on leader, passionate about enhancing 4most's service delivery to clients, whilst focusing on maintaining the unique culture and ethos of the business. With a first-class honours degree in mathematics, Rob McDowell brings a wealth of expertise to his role as CEO, and has been recognised for his outstanding leadership by being included multiple times in Credit Strategy’s Credit 500 Hall of Fame. Highly numerate and logically minded individual with a can do attitude and a determined team player.
