About Rob Flatley

Rob Flatley is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and a founder of TS Imagine. Rob's career includes roles as CEO/Founder, Managing Director, and BOD member of regulated financial services institutions and financial technology companies. Rob has hands-on experience in various capital markets roles, including trading, securities/prime finance, building SaaS business models, market structure, quantitative trading, software development, and software M&A. He founded four successful companies as a technology entrepreneur using both Software & Data-as-a-Service models. He was a founding employee of two mathematically/statistically driven trading businesses at bulge bracket financial institutions. He collaborated with Francisco Partners to acquire TradingScreen and Imagine Software, forming TS Imagine in May of 2021. Rob Flatley was previously the CEO of Netik, is a global provider to the securities industry of financial data management and reporting services and products with operations in North America, Europe, Middle East, South Africa and Asia. Earlier, he was the global head of electronic execution for the equity asset class at Deutsche Bank Securities. He joined Deutsche Bank from Banc of America Securities, where he was a managing director in electronic trading services, where he oversaw various aspects of Bank of America's expansion into algorithmic trading and direct market access (DMA) for equities and derivatives. He holds a bachelors of business administration from the University of Iowa.
