Experienced technology executive with a proven ability to integrate dynamic problem solving skills, technology depth, and entrepreneurial drive. 25+ year career spanning database design at an IndyCar racing team to inventing a patented video compression technique to leading a boutique management consulting firm. Today, as President & COO of BlockRe, a risk mitigation firm, he specializes in the distributed future and the intersection of cryptoassets/blockchain, financial services, and insurance. Raymond also served as an Adjunct Professor at Northwestern University School of Law, where he contributed to creation of a unique technology-oriented MSL program. He has also been recognized by both U.S. and Canadian Federal courts as a qualified technical expert witness.
