Ran Goldshtein has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. He currently serves as the VP Payments at Fireblocks, where they manage the enterprise-grade platform for financial institutions dealing with digital assets. Prior to this, they were involved with YL Ventures as an Insider, contributing expertise to support portfolio companies. As the CEO of First DAG, they led the company from October 2017 to February 2022. Additionally, they held the position of Director and later General Manager at Maximize - Algo Trading from 2013 to 2017. Ran Goldshtein worked as the VP Mobile at Crossrider Plc from September 2014 to December 2015 and also served as the General Manager at Ajillion by Crossrider from January 2014 to December 2015. Earlier in their career, they served as the Head of IT Investments at ISHRA, leading investments in sectors like Cyber, eCommerce, and Ad-Tech. He co-founded and served as the CTO of sProphet Network from October 2009 to December 2011. Before that, they worked as the Director of Business Development in North America for VideoCells from 2007 to 2010. Ran's career began as a Project Manager in the IDF, where they worked from 2002 to 2007.
Ran Goldshtein started their education in 2007 at Reichman University, where they pursued a degree in Computer Sciences until 2008. Afterward, from 2009 to 2013, they attended the College of Management, where they obtained a degree in Business Administration. During their time at the College of Management, Ran Goldshtein focused their studies on Marketing and IT.
