Delivering high performance results like a business owner in my corporate jobs, led me to confidently becoming an entrepreneur at the age of 41. In that capacity, I spearheaded the growth of a boutique consulting company into a global organization, with 2000 associates, operations on 4 continents, and clients in 24 countries. I am known to be tough, tenacious, bold, and original in my thinking, with a strong understanding of economic demand and the financial side of a business. I am an independent thinker who can reverse engineer problems quickly, innovate on the fly, and come up with out-of-the-box solutions to win business and resolve problems. Doing well to me means creating opportunities and wealth for others as well. I am passionate about building organizations and enjoy mentoring people and helping them develop their skills. As someone who welcomes tough challenges, I have always thrived in a resource-constrained environment, overcoming hurdles to deliver superior financial results. My challenging background gives me the grit to excel even when the chips are down. As an example, when a fire engulfed our only Attra office on a Friday afternoon in 2014, after ensuring every employee was safe, I got us up and running by Monday morning, in a newly negotiated office space for 650 people, complete with systems and network connectivity, with zero impact to either clients or employees. I still have a strong desire to enable the success of others.
