About Paula Mariani

I believe that there is a more beautiful way of leading our lives, teams, and companies. I care about setting user-centric product operations at scale within agile environments.

During the course of my career, I’ve managed different sizes of UX teams within startups and enterprises. I’ve trained, hired, and set product design operations at all levels operational, tactical, and strategical. I love putting in place diverse and global digital product teams!

In 2019 I founded “To Be Radiant” where I offer coaching and trainings with a strong focus on enterprise wellbeing.

I give talks and facilitate design leadership workshops worldwide, where I mix my passions: User experience, kundalini yoga, coaching, and spirituality. The intention behind these workshops and talks is to open up a space to help new and senior digital leaders reconnect with their authenticity and creative selves. For me, being a leader is a personal journey!

I’m interested in topics such as design leadership, design for change, digital wellness, leadership coaching, life design, change management, cultural transformation, conscious leadership, and humane technology.
