About Paul Margetts

At Capgemini, a global leader in consulting, technology services, and digital transformation, Paul Margetts leads the UK Business Unit, serves as Chair of the UK Country Board, and is a member of the Group's Executive Committee. He takes accountability for the performance of the UK business across key sectors, including Public, Consumer Products & Retail, Manufacturing, Aerospace & Defence, Life Sciences, Telco & Utilities, ensuring they shape and deliver the services their clients need. Capgemini is at the forefront of innovation, addressing the entire spectrum of client opportunities in the evolving world of cloud, digital, and platforms. As a multicultural company of 300,000 team members in over 50 countries, Capgemini enables organizations to realize their business ambitions through a full range of services, from strategy to operations. A key focus for him is nurturing future digital talent and supporting the Levelling Up agenda. He is a member of The Prince’s Trust Technology Leadership Group and sits on the Professional Business Services (PBS) Council, an independent body focused on the long-term success of the sector in the UK and globally. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys cycling and is an avid fan of football and golf. Paul has been CEO Capgemini’s Asia Pacific Strategic Business Unit since September, 2024. Prior to this, from 2018, he was Managing Director of the UK, when he also joined the Group Executive Committee. From 2015, Paul was CEO, Application Services UK, member of the UK Country Board, and Capgemini Saudi Arabia Board. Paul has been with the Capgemini Group since 1992 during which time he has led and delivered complex engagements for clients across the pharmaceutical, financial services, and other sectors in the UK and Europe. He’s been also responsible for leading various delivery, sales and technology business units, and for driving change across the business. Paul’s early career was founded in program leadership, working across pharmaceuticals, financial services and the music industries.
