He takes accountability for the performance of the UK business across key sectors, including Public, Consumer Products & Retail, Manufacturing, Aerospace & Defence, Life Sciences, Telco & Utilities, ensuring they shape and deliver the services their clients need.

Paul has been CEO Capgemini’s Asia Pacific Strategic Business Unit since September, 2024. Prior to this, from 2018, he was Managing Director of the UK, when he also joined the Group Executive Committee.
From 2015, Paul was CEO, Application Services UK, member of the UK Country Board, and Capgemini Saudi Arabia Board.
Paul has been with the Capgemini Group since 1992 during which time he has led and delivered complex engagements for clients across the pharmaceutical, financial services, and other sectors in the UK and Europe. He’s been also responsible for leading various delivery, sales and technology business units, and for driving change across the business.
Paul’s early career was founded in program leadership, working across pharmaceuticals, financial services and the music industries.
