I’m Chief Product Officer at untied - the UK's personal tax app. An experienced Product leader with over 20 years experience across multiple customer segments, in product management and consulting roles. Prior to leaping into the start-up ecosystem with untied, I worked inside global banks, leading diverse cross-functional teams and delivering award winning digital financial services products across a number of different countries and cultures. I live and breathe Fintech, actively contributing to the community through advising start-ups, publishing articles and engaging on social media. I have a particular passion for thinking about what future solutions will support the currently under-served small business owner segment. I enjoy connecting with both customers and colleagues - building strong relationships and relating closely to their needs is part of my personal DNA. Combining a data driven approach, knowledge and skills in design thinking, business analysis, problem solving, strategy & product management, I love to challenge traditional ways of thinking and deliver both the vision and valuable, innovative solutions which are outcome driven and solve real problems.
