30yrs Financial administration expertise managing, establishing and developing licensed entities including banking, custodial, investment, fund, trust and asset structuring companies. Having managed banks, custodians, trust, corporate and fund administration firms, from back office to board level, as well as establishing, administering, managing and holding non-executive directorships on a wide range of offshore and onshore funds from Private Equity and hedge funds through to fully retail funds, now focused on managing an industry leading software company whose functionality encompasses all areas of experience to date. Working for a great business, never two days quite the same, a lot of fun and hard work, pushing the boundaries in an exciting industry which in turn is pushing forward into a new age of efficiency and automation across the financial services spectrum. 6 years into this journey we have quadrupled earnings, maintained margins and grown market share - we keeping pushing forward, the next the target is always in the sights!
