About Paul Kelly

Paul Kelly co-founded Logical Construct to answer the growing need for financial organisations to understand their contractual relationships at a granular level to meet trading, risk management and regulatory requirements. Before founding Logical Construct, Paul was Country Manager for Rule Financial in Spain, where he was responsible for engagements with many of the top investment banks, and established the development centre creating the software products and accelerators that comprised the firm's portfolio of intellectual property. Prior to Rule Financial, Paul spent 8 years in the technology division of Goldman Sachs, and 2 years as a consultant at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. Paul’s expertise in trading documentation derives from the need for high quality data in collateral optimisation, risk and pricing applications. He led the development of a solution for collateral data capture for a top 10 investment bank and has subsequently applied this knowledge to automated data capture and data model design across a wide range of trading documentation, including Master, CSA, Repo and Securities Lending agreements.
