About Pat Giles

My journey at TD began nearly 20 years ago when I began as a phone agent speaking to customers about their finances. Over the years, I progressed to more senior roles, including leading customer acquisition campaigns and building solutions that helped Canadians with their day-to-day financial needs. I've had the opportunity to lead large portfolios in Real Estate Secured Lending and lead the Homeowners' Journey for that business. I recently spent 3 years on the Branch Banking leadership team, both in the Finance role as well as running Performance & Workforce Management. Currently, I lead the Savings & Investing Journey for the Canadian Personal Bank. A graduate of Western University, I hold a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Education, as well as a Master of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business. I am an active supporter of the United Way in our communities. I am also a formerly decent golfer, a science enthusiast, an occasional musician and an awful cook.
