Okan Ozaltin, Senior leader with 20+ years of experience in Financial Services and Consumer products industries. Currently CPO at 10X Banking, supporting Financial Services innovation by providing Core and Digital Banking solutions to banks globally. Enabling clients to reduce technical debt, improve digital integrations and bring products to market quicker, and more effectively, in order to increase customer experience and remain competitive in a rapidly changing market. Okan Ozaltin previously served as VP Product (GBS) at First Data/Fiserv, leading Acquiring products across the EMEA region. His responsibilities included Product Commercialization, Omnichannel Payments, Customer Digital Experience, Nexo, POS/Smart POS, Data Analytics/Reporting, PSD2, Financing, Boarding, SAAS, Marketplaces, and other products. He led products for both the SME and Enterprise segments and also represented Fiserv on the board of Netpay as a Non-Executive Director. Before joining Fiserv, he spent 10 years at JP Morgan in various roles, including: Treasury Services Product Management: Led part of the JPMorgan Access online portal. Corporate Banking Sales Strategy: Created sales efficiency tools that increased cross-selling within the corporate banking organization. Internal Consulting Team: Led an internal management consulting team that executed strategy and process improvement projects across the bank. With a proven ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate across departments—front office, technology, operations, compliance, HR, and legal—he has consistently driven exceptional financial results in organizations of all sizes. In addition to his financial services experience, he also spent over 5 years at Whirlpool Corporation (formerly Maytag) in roles related to product development, innovation, and process improvement (Six Sigma/Lean) teams.
