I am the Managing Director and CEO of ISX Financial EU Plc, a public company with more than 10500 shareholders. I am responsible for driving revenues, growth and strategy. For ISX I have developed and executed our strategy from concept to a multi year profitable fintech company with financial services authorisations allowing the group to provide services which include transactional banking, payment processing, e-money accounts and identity verification/KYC. ISX is a Monetary Financial Institution (SWIFT BIC ISEMCY22), authorised separately to operate across the EEA/EU28 and the UK, as an electronic money issuer, with principal memberships of MasterCard, Diners, Discover, China UnionPay & JCB ISX offers RegTech solutions independent of our transactional banking service, that assist online and regulated merchants with payment processing, Strong Customer Authentication, Enhanced Customer Due Diligence, and AML/CTF compliance solutions in a number of jurisdictions. Our core product, Paydentity™ delivers KYC and payment processing via the convergence of payments and identity technologies, based upon our US, EU, LATAM and Asian patents. Paydentity incorporates payment instrument verification and customer identification in order to remotely link an electronic payment with a person’s identity to satisfy AML/CFT regulatory requirements, including transaction monitoring. I hold degrees in (electrical) engineering, (commercial and IP) law, and in entrepreneurship/ business. As the founder, I set business and technical strategy, and have the strategic role in the research, development and deployment of the Company's banking, cards, identity and AML/CFT technology.
