I began my journey in the insurance industry in 2005 when I started as a sales producer and sold auto and home insurance. In 2012 I opened my first independent insurance agency in northern CA. That agency grew and became successful. During that time I found a second passion in "marketing". I fell in love with all the concepts of advertising, copywriting, and video creation. In 2019 I jumped on board as the CMO for a small technology company in the insurance space called "Better Agency". At the time, there weren't any customers, no revenues and no "go to market" plans. Since then, I sold my independent insurance agency and this small company has taken off. As I write this, we currently serve over 2500 independent insurance agents, employ nearly 50 people full-time, and dream of a unified technology system where insurance agents have access to the tools they need in order to capture #AgencySuccess. I love my job! I get to tell the story, listen to agents, and create the demand. What could be better than this? I say stupid things online because it's fun and entertaining to me, hopefully, it can entertain you too. I love our industry.
