I am the Co-Founder of Better Agency, where we are on a mission to create the Agency Success category to help independent insurance agencies grow their local communities, follow best practices and have a playbook for success to optimize and grow their agency. Agencies don't need traditional "Agency Management Systems" to manage their agency - they need tools, systems, and processes to grow effectively and efficiently. That's where Better Agency comes in, by providing the only CRM & AMS in one single platform, to help you quote, bind, and issue faster than ever. Our purpose is to help agents issue $1Billion in new business premium by 2024, and I am personally on a mission of creating the top place to work for young professionals in the Phoenix-Metro area. I am an Ex-Professional Athlete, and my "playing field" is now the Tech & software Space. Currently, I serve Better Agency as CEO. I am also a Board Member, Partner, and investor to various companies in the Tech & Marketing industry. I am passionate about providing the tools, technology, strategy, and support to Independent Insurance Agencies to continue to grow the industry, and I envision a future where Independent Brokers are the ONLY provider of insurance, removing Captive and Insuretech solutions altogether.
