About Nic Lindner F Fin
Nicholle is a financial services industry leader, BaaS and digital banking advisor, technology strategist, senior strategy executive and financial services sector consultant. She has worked at senior levels & with the C Suite in Banking & Mgt Consulting with Westpac, CBA, NAB, Unisys and Capgemini. She is currently GM of the APAC region of leading BaaS innovator 10x.
She is also a fintech innovator, founder, advisor and director, and acts as an entrepreneurial coach and mentor to fintech startups. She holds multiple degrees with a BEc / LLB (USyd) and an MCom (IT) from UNSW. In 2016 she graduated from LSE in Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship and in 2019 completed studies in Digital Transformation at MIT Sloan.
Her credentials include domain expertise in Retail and Commercial Banking Operations, FinTech, Workplace Re-Engineering, Strategy & Planning, Cyber Security & Risk Mgt, and Regulatory Frameworks & Controls. She holds technical accreditation’s in Digital Transformation, Blockchain, Project Mgt, Human Centred Design & Agile.
Nicholle’s professional attributes include strategy & planning, business transformation, digital operating models, new business development, sales & relationship mgt, innovative & agile ways of working, advanced project mgt and deep business case structuring, negotiation and commercial expertise.
She has successfully launched and founded new businesses and products, managed complex technology implementations, advised startups and transformed businesses digitally. Her experience within major financial services providers has included playing key leadership roles in significant initiatives such as the “Which New Bank” transformation at CBA, the “Fair Value” strategy and new digital brand (UBank) at NAB, the integration and turnaround of cards at Westpac, the re-launch of the Bank of Melbourne brand, the design of a new digital customer model for St George, the launch of a new startup cards & digital lending business at humm (formerly Flexi); and working with fintech start ups in global hubs Stone &Chalk (Sydney) Level 39 (London) and Lattice80 (Singapore).
Nicholle has been listed in the “Who’s Who” of Financial Services in APAC, and spoken at numerous Fintech and payments industry events in Singapore, Dubai, Malaysia, Vietnam, Mumbai, Barcelona, Paris, London, Sydney and Melbourne.
