Navin Jain is a Chartered Accountant and MBA from India with over 20 years of experience in the dynamic and fast-growing payments industry. Navin Jain has taken on progressively challenging assignments in his career and gathered valuable experience working in different functions and geographies. Some of these include business finance analysis, key account management, product development, P&L ownership, and general management across different markets, such as UAE, India, Indonesia, and South East Asia. As the Head of Retail & Commerce for South East Asia at Mastercard, Navin Jain is responsible for expanding and enhancing Mastercard's relationship with large merchants across ASEAN in partnership with local, divisional, and regional teams. They leverage their full repository of products and services across payments, cybersecurity, data analytics, and loyalty to support their business growth and digital transformation. They also work closely with regulators and other organizations to bring the most modern, safe, secure, and simple payment methods to the consumers and businesses in ASEAN. Navin Jain is passionate about supporting Governments, regulators, and industry players in expanding financial and digital literacy to the wider population and making non-cash payments a default choice for consumers and businesses.
