During her tenure as EVP of Customer Loyalty Assets at Citi’s Global Consumer Group, Nancy launched and grew the ThankYou Rewards Program into a billion-dollar business.  Nancy Gordon is a passionate and hands-on leader known for taking ideas from concept through execution with meaningful top and bottom-line impact. With a proven ability to build consensus amongst colleagues and inspire a shared vision for new operating models, Nancy drives stakeholder value across stakeholder groups. Nancy Gordon is the Chief Business Officer of Bakkt Loyalty Solutions, a leading SaaS platform that provides embedded loyalty capabilities for enterprise clients to acquire, re-activate, and engage their customers.  Nancy has direct oversight over the P&L, digital properties, customer call centers, as well as the product, technology, operations, and client success teams.  Nancy is a member of the Executive Team and was accountable to the Board as Bakkt went public on the NYSE in 2021.  Nancy brings to Bakkt substantial experience in Customer Engagement, Loyalty & Rewards, Web 3 & Crypto, AI & Data Ecosystems as well as Payments, TradFi & FinTech through her advisory practice and roles at companies ranging in size from early-stage startups to large enterprises including EY, JP Morgan Chase and Citi.
