About Mo Fadaei

I am an ex consultant specialising in Financial Technology Strategy and Change Delivery for the Financial Services Sector. I have worked with multiple FinTech houses all with different solutions that apply to the Retail, Commercial, Private (Wealth) and Investment Banking sectors. I have experience integrating multiple SaaS platforms through API to build custom solutions for business operations. My current role as Head of Technology, Change & Transformation at Recognise Bank involves Strategic Technology Enhancements and operational oversight of the whole bank's architecture which integrates 10 different technology platforms that have been launched as a new Cloud-Based Bank with a product suite tailored to the UK SME market.
